ピルは、排卵を一時的に止める薬です。やめてから3ヶ月ほどは、妊娠する確率が少し低めという研究もあります。長く飲んでいたかどうかは、その後の妊娠のしやすさに影響しないとされています。ピルをやめた人のおよそ 87% が、1 年以内に妊娠したという報告があります。妊娠のしやすさは、そのときの年齢などによります。
